Delivery & setup

Yes — a hose carries warm air out of a window. Every rental includes a window seal kit, fitted by us at delivery.

A typical bedroom or living room, comfortably. Bigger space? Rent two — we'll advise honestly before you pay.

Yes, someone aged 18+ needs to be in for both delivery and collection so we can set up properly and get a signature.

Pricing & deposit

£120 per week or £250 per month, with a two-week minimum. We automatically apply whichever combination of rates is cheapest for your exact dates.

It's a refundable pre-authorisation held on your card as liability cover while the unit is with you. It's released once we've collected the unit — never charged unless it's lost or damaged.

Yes, the rental fee is taken in full at booking. The deposit is a separate hold, not a charge.

During your rental

Tell us within 24 hours and we'll repair or swap it free of charge. Faults are on us — you only pay for damage or loss.

Our units are mostly self-evaporating. If a tank ever needs emptying, we show you the 30-second routine at setup.

Any time before your collection date — just get in touch and we'll re-price at the cheapest available rate.

Ending your rental & coverage

Currently EN6, EN7 & EN8 postcodes — covering Cuffley, Goffs Oak, Cheshunt & Waltham Cross. Get in touch if you're just outside this area — we're expanding carefully.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before delivery. Inside 48 hours, one week's fee is retained and the rest refunded. See our Terms for full detail.
