Why we hold £150
Every rental includes a refundable pre-authorisation of £150 on your card — this covers liability while the unit is in your care, in case of loss or serious damage. It is never charged as a fee; it's simply held and released the moment we've collected the unit and confirmed it's in order. Fair wear and tear is always on us.
