2. What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, phone, postcode and the message you send us.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Cookies: a small preference cookie recording your cookie-banner choice (see Section 5).

We don't collect payment card details through this website.

3. How we use it

To reply to your enquiry, arrange and manage a rental, and — only if you've signed up — send occasional updates. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Legal basis

We rely on your consent (contact form and newsletter), and on taking steps to enter into a contract with you (booking enquiries), as our legal bases for processing under UK GDPR.

5. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies necessary for the site to function (such as remembering your cookie-banner choice). We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics cookies; if that changes, this policy will be updated and the cookie banner adjusted accordingly.

6. Third parties

We may use third-party services to send emails or process payments on our behalf. These providers only receive the data needed to perform that service and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

7. How long we keep data

Enquiry and booking data is kept only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal (including tax) obligations, then deleted or anonymised.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Contact us at the email above and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe your data has been mishandled.
